RETURNS + EXCHANGES

2023 HOLIDAY SHIPPING: All orders placed between November 30, 2023 and December 24, 2023 can be returned or exchanged through January 15, 2024 (exchange or return must be initiated by this date and items received by January 30, 2024).  Please note that our facilities will be unavailable for shipping out exchanges or new orders between January 1 and January 18, 2024.  All new orders or exchanges received after December 29 will be shipped on Monday, January 22.

We gladly accept returns or exchanges on most items within 14 days of the date of delivery (see exclusions below).  In order to qualify for a refund your items must be post-marked within the 14 day window.  All items must be unused and in the same condition as they were received.  They must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.  Please e-mail us at hi@nileta.com to initiate a return or exchange.  We will provide you with an authorization and a return shipping label.  While exchanges are always free, a $10 flat fee will be applied to all returns to cover shipping and restocking.

Once we receive and inspect your item(s) we will process your refund and shoot you an e-mail to let you know.  A credit will automatically be applied back to your credit card and should be reflected within 14 business days.  Please contact your credit card company if your refund has not been posted after the 14 day period.  If you have any additional questions please contact us at hi@nileta.com.

Excluded from our return policy: Scrunchies and Sleep Sets are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
