NILETA is very proudly make in New York. We work with New York City-based businesses every step of the way. From our 100% silk charmeuse to our buttons to our seamstresses, everything happens right here. In addition to supporting local businesses and the Garment District, it allows us to be involved in each and every detail of the design and production process. It also means that we don't spend money shipping product back and forth overseas, which means we don't need to pass that additional cost onto you, our customer. This is an integral part of our brand and our identity as a company, and being made in the US is something we will never abandon. We go to the factory where are pieces are made on a regular basis. It matters to us and it should matter to you, too.

We are currently able to continue normal operations due to the small nature of our business. Since our beloved New York City has been hit particularly hard, we are currently shipping all orders out of Pennsylvania. We aren't currently experiencing any delays with processing but we will keep you posted if that changes for any reason. We are taking all necessary health and safety precautions.

The biggest impact of COVID-19 that you may notice is our inventory levels. All of our items are made in factories in New York City's Garment District. New York shutdown all non-essential businesses at various points throughout the pandemic, which includes many small-businesses that are a critical part of our supply chain. From our silk supplier, to our button-maker, to the company that prints our patterns, to the actual factory that sews our pajamas.  

Even as our factory and other businesses have reopened, we are dealing with lingering supply issues. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we hope you'll bear with us. You have the option of signing up to be notified when an item comes back in stock if you would like to stay in the loop.

Midnight is a super dark, deep navy color. We've found it to be universally flattering on all skin tones. It also wears really well and won't show dirt or stains (in case you're the type that likes to eat in bed).

If you let us know how you like to wear your tops and your bottoms (loose, just right, a little on the smaller size) we can help point you in the right direction. And if for some reason we don't get it right on the first try we offer free exchanges!

Shipping

Please allow two business days from the date of purchase for your item(s) to be dispatched. In the event that an item is backordered we will e-mail you with an anticipated delivery date. We currently ship to the US and Canada.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Expedited shipping is available at checkout. Please note that expedited shipping applies only to the transit time. Since we're a small company, time required to prepare your item(s) for shipment cannot be expedited at this time. All items are shipped via USPS or UPS.

Please allow 2 business days from the date of purchase for your item(s) to be dispatched. We are not currently experiencing any delays due to COVID-19.  

The transit time will depend on the shipping option you select at checkout. We currently ship via USPS and UPS and expedited shipping is available.

Orders + Returns

We gladly accept returns on most items within 14 days of the date of delivery (see exclusions below). In order to qualify for a refund your items must be post-marked within the 14 day window. All items must be unused and in the same condition as they were received. They must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.  

Please e-mail us at hi@nileta.com to initiate a return. We will provide you with an authorization and a return shipping label. A $10 flat fee will be applied to all returns to cover shipping and restocking.

Once we receive and inspect your item(s) we will process your refund and shoot you an e-mail to let you know. A credit will automatically be applied back to your credit card and should be reflected within 14 business days. Please contact your credit card company if your refund has not been posted after the 14 day period. If you have any additional questions please contact us at hi@nileta.com.

If you would like to initiate an exchange please e-mail us at hi@nileta.com. We will send you a return shipping label and exhange authorization form at no cost. Once we receive and inspect your item(s) we will process your exchange and shoot you an e-mail to let you know. Your new item(s) will be shipped to you via standard ground shipping.

If you receive an item from us that appears to be damaged or defective please shoot us a note immediately at hi@nileta.com so we can make it right!
